To all my dear friends and family,
I am forwarding this to you because I genuinely care about all of our futures. It's a given that if Obamacare, PPHC, is NOT repealed I will definitely be @ the top of the list when Patient Care Rationing IS implemented. I am and have been for a long time a High Expense Patient. You all know how much I have been through, (3 comas, 2 near deaths, Steven Johnson Syndrome, MS, Seizure disorder,and many other problems. In 2005 after suffering a major seizure, stroke, and folowing induced coma, the Dr's asked my daughter if she wanted to take me off life support. She said NO! It's now the end of 2011 and I am still here! In the past few years I have become very active politcally, fighting for OUR CONSTITUTION, and OUR CHILDREN'S FUTURE! Taking all of this into consideration I will not be the FIRST PATIENT that OUR SOCIALIST, OBAMA, SOROS, ADMINISTRATION WOULD CHOOSE TO KEEP AROUND FOR THEIR BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THEIR CAUSE! In follow-up to my email from 11/24, here is one of the greatest wrongs against our Supreme Law that has ever occurred -- bar none!!!!
The worst part - no one wants to acknowledge or even give voice too (it is conspicuously absent in this video): Oath of Office with "Religion and Morality" are violated AND a Physician's Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. The most important part of the Socialism of Medicine is the harm of a few men determining the etiology of treatment one person at a time ---- with complete denial of Divine Law but perpetrating that denial of God onto the ill and their loved-ones via numbers as survey, polls, stats which are designed, in advance, with the planned outcomes. Medicine from "Patient Care dictates Patient Service" to socialist decision-performance against the person because outcomes are known in advance frequency-prognosis-for the group called senior - cancer - DM - HD or any area you name. And This Tyrannical dictator can also convince otherwise intelligent persons, that the mythos of greater-number is sufficient to totally do away with law...except as socialist Political Party - which is allowed to exist - decides to perpetrate onto Congress AND THEY bow down because the "Nation of Law" allows man's law as socialism to exist before the Law of our Constitution written in Divine Law. It is backwards, Ron...and anyone paying attention knows it!! Damn!
That Obama with his minions can ram-this-down-our throats- without one representative from the Republican Party in a Republican Form of government signing Obama's tyranny PPAA and 34 Democrats joining-in; but this tyranny was allowed to violate Article I:7,8: It Did NOT PASS BOTH HOUSE AND SENATE BEFORE GOING TO PRES. FOR SIG TO LAW. PPAA is INCONSISTENT, IS NOT DERIVED FROM THE CONSTITUTION and therefore is unconstitutional and null and void from inception! It remains Only for "Elected We the People" to declare this fact on both the Floor of The Senate and the Floor of the House. It means that Oath of Office to be Obedient to the supreme Law of our Land, which is "superior to ALL OTHER PUBLIC ACTS WHETHER BY OFFICIALS OR PRIVATE CITIZENS. ANY STATUTE, REGULATION, EO, or COURT RULING (INCLUDES SUPREME)...NULL - VOID'. Ron, Every Person from Obama to every Department in PPAA and 2600 Agencies, all Branches of government ARE ALL MEMBERS OF THE SPECIES HOMO SAPIENS. NO HOMO SAPIENS IS BETTER THAN ANOTHER HOMO SAPIENS IN DETERMINING RIGHT-WRONG, EVIL-GOOD, GOD'S LAWS- NO GOD, except the acceptable homo-sapien political leaders named George Soros-B. Obama and the 13 men of "Zeitgeist" with the leader-members of the United Nations.
My discovery is that it is also Obama's...all we do is shift law from one court to another, all the times in poor/absent Oath of Office and "Religion and Morality" which is useless to Obama-Alinsky - but the courts help with some notable exceptions...which are going to dominate more if we can get attorneys to identify with the Original Constitution...not a precedent that dilutes issues which helps socialism.
Violations of Oath of Office and of "Religion and Morality" are sufficient unto themselves to be Anti-Law declared by either person as citizen, person-as-business, and person-as-elected-representative of the people. "Religion and Morality" have absolutely nothing to do with 'greater number/majority". the greater number is not a determiner of right or wrong, evil or good, or governance with God's Laws and ethics. The Truth does not require explanation or defense.
Disobedience to God's Laws and to Constitutional Law require accountability or else every person on this Globe loses all chances for life, liberality, and the pursuit of happiness..and sovereignty of person, state, and nation.
I'm not going to quit. I am not going to be silent, though there is a lot of work within this internet with the FCC censored e-mail - I think I'm a Security risk. Don't you think it is time for the Representatives you know to start drawing some lines in the sand? At this rate, forget November 2012 - the election is bought-stuffed in favor of Socialism disguised as Democrat (that's another conform or die command to our candidates for President)...the die isn't the physical kind, Ron...it' s the spiritual kind like the Jewish concentration camps Soros spent a few months assisting with the removal of the dead Jews (of which his family was one - Schwartz and Jewish) belongings. When do all Representatives get mad?...When do they start representing?
