WAS CONGRESSMAN JOE WILSON RIGHT?

I was sitting listening to the noon news on FOX and learned something that is sure to be of interest to every  TAX PAYER. JUDGE NAPOLITANO was discussing Constitutional law regarding the Health Care Reform Bill. I'm sure we all remember that speech to Congress the President gave 2 weeks ago when Congressman Joe Wilson called out to him, "YOU LIE!," and Madame Pelosi almost killed him with the daggers that shot from her eyes! It turns out that according to Constitutional Law Joe Wilson was right. We all knew it then but here's the Mandate to back that up. The Supreme Court has upheld that "if the government makes available a social benefit to the people they can not deny it to those who are here illegally." Judge Napolitano went on to say, "think about the children, should they be denied health care because the parents are here illegally?" The Supreme Court says "NO, if you make a social benefit available to some portion of the public than you must make it available to all regardless of their legal status." I'm sure Madame Pelosi, as well as the President, are well aware of this little known fact and they have had done everything possible to keep it under wraps! LA RAZA is probably waiting in the wings, wringing their hands, and praying that no one brings it up, too! It definitely would not be a benefit to this HISPANIC ORGANIZATION if this mandate were brought to light!
I would  then ascertain that the President was well aware of this bit of Constitutional Law since he was such an attentive student while at Columbia Law School! So, if in fact the Congress does continue to ram this Health Care Package through and they pass it on RECONCILIATION, we, the TAX PAYER will be paying for illegals to have Health Care Insurance whether they pay for it or not!!!
